Changing the Narrative Around Diabetes & Pregnancy
Empower, Educate, Support

The Diabetic Doula is more than a service — it’s a calling born from my own journey. As a woman living with Type 1 diabetes since childhood, and a mother who's navigated two very different pregnancies — one traumatic, the other deeply healing — I know first hand how overwhelming and isolating it can feel to be diabetic and pregnant in a system that often focuses on fear over empowerment.

Through personalised coaching, virtual doula support, and honest, real-life education, I walk alongside other women with diabetes — holding space, sharing tools, and reminding them of their strength every step of the way. Whether you’re managing Type 1 or gestational diabetes, you deserve to feel confident, informed, and supported in your choices.

I also offer workshops for birth-workers to help bridge the gap in care, so more professionals can show up with understanding and compassion for diabetic clients.

At the heart of it all is a deep belief in changing the narrative — from fear and control to empowerment, community, and trust in the wisdom of our bodies.
“Here’s to strong women: may we know them, may we be them, may we raise them, and may we support them.”
